After a string of impressive performances in Super 30, Batla House, Dhamaka, Toofan and Jersey, Mrunal Thakur has been successful in making instant impact on the minds of cinema lovers in a short span of time. Thakur made her acting debut in 2012 and had her big break on television when she starred in Kumkum Bhagya (2014-16). She made her transition from television to Hindi films with Love Sonia (2018), for which she received critical acclaim. The 29-year old actress will next be seen opposite Abhimanyu Dassani and Paresh Rawal in the multi-starrer comedy, Aankh Micholi set to release in 2022. Following this, she will portray the female lead opposite Ishaan Khatter in the war action film Pippa. Thakur will also star opposite Aditya Roy Kapur in the Hindi remake of the 2019 Tamil film, Thadam.
